Cancellation & Late Policies:

Due to the way the business is scheduled, it does not allow the flexibility that other shops can allow for.

Late drop offs and pickups affect other client’s sessions.

For any client that is 10 minutes or later for drop off, I will offer a bath and tidy for the price of a grooming in order to stay on schedule for the next clients.

Anyone past 15 minutes late will need to cancel, and will have to pay the full price of the missed appointment in order to reschedule.

Reminder texts and emails are for convenience only, and should not be solely relied on to remember appointments. 

Please cancel or reschedule 48 hours or before your appointment, to allow the time to fill that slot, and to avoid the cancellation fee of $55.

Aggressive Dogs:

I am unable to accept aggressive dogs for my safety and your pet’s.

Fleas:

Because I am working out of my home, I cannot accept pets with fleas.
If there is an infestation (more than 2 fleas), your pet will be sent home ungroomed.
I suggest keeping your pet on flea and tick preventatives to avoid this.
Ask your vet what product they recommend.

Vaccines:

I require all dogs to be up to date on rabies vaccines, which is state law.
Please make sure your pet is up to date before making an appointment.

Matting:

While some tangles and knots are to be expected, excessive matting will not be brushed out.
The comfort of your dog comes first, and dematting is extremely uncomfortable.
If your pet is matted, it will need to be shaved and put on a regular schedule to keep a longer trim,
and maintained in between with brushing and combing at home.
